Free Utilities! - Trigeminal Software, Inc. (English)

All of the utilities here are free and will always be free
however, they are unsupported. That's the nature of free tools.

(Almost all of these utilities require that you have the Visual Basic 6 runtime files on your machine, as they
were written in VB6. If you need the VB6 runtime files, you can get them from Microsoft's site in the file VBRun60sp5.exe)

Do you have a web site that is hosted by an NT4 server? Are you frustrated that IIS 4.0 does not support UTF-8 output (i.e., Session.CodePage gives a runtime error if you try to set it to 65001)? Well, don't panic! You can use the TSI CodePage conversion Utility to take care of this problem! You can use it to convert strings to UTF-8 yourself, and then write them out via Response.BinaryWrite instead of Response.Write. This is the utility I use on this web site for several of the "Unicode only" languages like Hindi, Tamil, Georgian, and Armenian. Enjoy!
